* Independent Board Member Jørn Sønderup has been appointed as Europæiske Rejseforsikring A/S’ member with special qualifications in auditing and accounting and he is a member of the Supervisory Board as well as the Audit Committee. Jørn Sønderup is chartered accountant by profession and has from 1999-2009 held the position as Chief and Deputy Chief Auditing Officer in TopDanmark A/S. The company’s Supervisory Board has assessed Jørn Sønderup’s qualifications and found that his qualifications meet the legislative requirements.
