What if I have more than one insurance?
In the event that you have an insurance policy elsewhere, Europæsike ERV reserve the right to contact these to share the cost of the reimbursement, per the Danish Insurance Contracts Act. This does not affect your deductible or the insurance premium.

What happens after I have completed the claim form?
You will receive an email confirming that we have received your claim. You will usually hear from us within two weeks although it may take longer during peak seasons.

Can I complete the claim form if I don't have access to the supporting documentation?
If you are unable to attach the documentation to your claim at the time of completing the form, you can send them to us later.
