When can I submit a claim?

You can submit your claim immediately after the incident.  In other words, you don't need to wait until you return from your trip.  The easiest way to submit a claim is by completing the form on our website.  You can complete the claim form any time from any where in the world. However it is only possible to make a get a reimbursement of expenses when the total cost exceeds 2,500 DKK. However a refund can always be requested by the end of a quarter.
